Prinz Will & Herzogin Kate Love Pie für 2 nach Prinz Mario-Max zu Schaumburg-Lippe. 

100g Butterkekse, 75g Schlagsahne, 1 EL Honig, 30g Butter, 225g dunkle Schokolade, 1/4 Röhrchen Butter Vanille Aroma, und für den Guss 15g Butter, 20ml Schlagsahne, 100g Schokolade, Backpapier und kleine Springform. 

Bereitung

Form mit Backpapier auslegen, 1,5 cm Stücke brechen, 75g Sahne im Wasserbad mit Honig und Aroma wärmen, 225 g Schoko grob hacken und hinzu rühren, Keksstücke unterheben und alles in die Form geben. Glatt streichen. 2 Srunden in den Kühlschrank. Form stürzen und mit den restlichen Zutaten die Glassur im Wasserbad mischen und aufbringen.
